Get Financial Pre-Approval  

The first thing you’ll need to do is put money aside for a down payment. At minimum, you will require 5% of the purchase price of your new home. Second, once pre-approved, your lender will be able to advise you of your maximum purchase price when looking for a home. This is the fun part! Here you get to think about the type of home that will best suit your lifestyle. How much space do you need? Do you require a one-level home or prefer a two-storey home?
