Finally, we will discuss the Listing Agreement, and a suggested listing price for your property based on a complimentary Comparative Market Analysis (CMA). We will prepare all of this for you. At the time of our meeting, we will know what the best strategy is to sell your home. As the real estate market is always changing, sales strategies change too!

Buyers will be viewing a lot of homes prior to making an offer, so based on our sales strategy we will collaborate with you and set a proper price.Together, we will complete the listing documents and create a timeline for preparing your home to go to market.
