Matterport 3D Virtual Tours is an advanced 3 dimensional tour software with a proven track record of engaging and enticing viewers. Essentially, a layered floor plan allows the viewer to feel as though they are physically walking through the home — feeling the depth, data, and imagery of a space. We have been using Matterport technology as it is the most current, efficient and advanced marketing tool to best show our client’s homes.
Drone
Drone Videography is very effective in showing properties with large pieces of land. A drone will fly high above the streetscape, and can show an entire neighbourhood and path to the subject property we are selling. Through the drone camera, we are able to take images from a distance, providing our clients with a satellite view of the property, including a tree top visual which can be quite impactful.
