In current times, we have adapted to include virtual open houses for our clients, when necessary. This would involve a set date and time for interested buyers to join the Feldberg Team during a live stream open house through Facebook or Instagram. We are able to answer any incoming questions from prospects during the open house time period. These tours are in real time, however, can be recorded for future use.
We do our best to showcase your home with grace and detail in presentation, all while holding our camera. During the pandemic, public open houses are not recommended and, therefore, on-camera virtual open houses and tours have become a ‘go-to’ in showing the public our new listings.
When working with our own buyers who may be interested in one of our listings, we are able to introduce the home by way of a virtual presentation prior to an in-person showing. This practice has been used mainly for our out-of-town buyers and to those unable to leave their homes, especially during the pandemic. FaceTime has been an extremely successful platform for virtual showings and we are open and flexible to helping our clients in this very effective way.
